Have stayed here a few times over the years for it's location and quirky decor, but this will be our last one unfortunately. Staff are friendly enough and the place is clean, but for the price you pay I just can't justify it. Air conditioning is needed in Rome for most of the summer, but here it is very poor and switches off too quickly. Our room a couple of years ago was spacious and quirky, this time it's just a tall room with a TV so high up the wall our necks hurt after a few minutes. The view from the roof at breakfast is tough to beat, but the quality and selection on offer is very poor. Evening meal on the roof is very romantic, but the food and drink choice was expensive, confusing and not worth it, compared to similar venues. Service boring 🙄

Great location, very clean, cool decor, great breakfast. The best part was the staff. The cleaning staff, breakfast staff, and front desk staff all went out of their way to be kind and helpful. Also the shuttle to and from was very convenient and well priced. Would definitely stay again or recommend.

Great location and beautiful rooftop terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning and/or drinks and dinner in the evening. The room was small and nothing special but we enjoyed the Renaissance-themed decor. Staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly. We had a very hard time finding the place when we arrived so perhaps a larger sign or better arrival instructions would benefit guests from out of the country. All in all, we were happy with our stay here.

What can I say, this place was amazing. Partner and I sadly only stayed for one night as we had to move on (interrail) but the place is perfect. Location is second to none, the room and the interior are gorgeous, the staff are among some of the nicest people we met in Rome. Special shout out to the red head receptionist for being personable and super helpful, as well as the waitress at the rooftop bar. Oh the the rooftop bar, incredible view of old Rome, and decent Prices. All in all, a fantastic stay, 10/10 will come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
