With the lovely garden, the rustic houses, the nice pool and the friendly, competent and frankly terrific personell this place is perfect for a stay in Rome. You can leave for the city in the morning and relax and unwind here in the afternoon. This place is both dreamy and beautiful and I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay!

We stayed at this hotel and understood that the rating und price wasn't so high as for Rome but anyway the room was awful. Dirty, a lot of mold on the walls, smell of mold and humidity in the air. We asked to changed the room or even pay extra charge to increase category but received deny. As we were said all the rooms are standard and the same. We suppose it's not true because when we were walking through the territory of the hotel we looked inside the opened doors of other rooms and there were much better then our.

Lovely and beautiful little hotel in Rome. Pictures shown online are quite realistic. We stayed there for five nights, little bit off-season so it seemed that the hotel wasn't fully booked. There's free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The restaurant was amazing! We ate some antipasti, pasta and pizza. Especially the pastas were super tasty! We also got recommended a nice red wine, which was great match with the food. Only minus for paper thin walls in the rooms. We could easily say good night to our friends next door from our bedroom, and we did too. Also, you can hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, what's going on in the adjacent bathroom. The hotel is in Roma 70 area, and it's quite far from the center. If you don't mind using the public transportation, consider this beautiful hotel. We found that the easiest way to get to the center was taking bus 766 (18 mins) to the metro station (San Paolo Basilica) and then take the metro for another 6 minutes to either Colosseum or Termini, which is a metro station where multiple metro lines connect.

Stunning setting, beautiful rooms, friendly staff, good location, close to quality amenities. Only 2 gripes were that the breakfast selection was quite limited and there was no kettle in the room.

Simple rooms a bit old. There was water running on the bathroom floor each time I had a shower. Restaurant and staff are nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
