Our hosts greeted us on arrival and showed us all the wonderful features of the property and provided us great insights into the city of Matera. The rooftop was amazing for its views and comforts. Breakfast was great. I have highly recommended this place to stay to all of my friends and family.

Beautiful place with exquisite appointments and fantastic use of technology in an ancient location. However... Our visit could have been hugely improved with a bit of advance notification. It would have been very easy to send an email informing guests in advance firstly, how difficult it is to find the entry, secondly, how one should deal with parking and finally that one should pack a separate bag because getting large suitcases up to the hotel is extremely difficult given the large number of stairs and uneven surfaces. The absence of the advance information made what could have been a five star review rather than four.

Fantastic from start to finish - our host greeted us on arrival and showed us all the features (there are many) of the property. Breakfast was waiting in the morning and the views from the deck are amazing, highly recommended!

We decided to splurge a bit and spend more than we usually do, but since we were only staying in Matera one night, it wasn't too expensive. Boy, am I glad we did! This is easily the nicest room I've ever stayed in. Helena and her husband showed us around and we're extremely gracious. The B&B is beautiful and has an incredible view from the roof. Our cave room has its own sauna and hot tub, as well as virtually every other amenity you could think of. The bed was super comfortable and every little detail of the room was carefully thought out. Definitely an amazing experience I won't soon forget. Thank you Helena and Antica Torre di Iuso!

In short: Fairy tale! We came to Matera for 2-3 hours and stayed in this property for two nights. Pictures on google and booking are just a piece of what you will experience. This place is in the hart of Matera - Sassi, and also on the top of it with charming terrace and gorgeus view. The wonderful lady - Luciana, who received us is full of beautiful and interesting stories that complete the whole experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
