        By far my worst visited hotel ever! BITTEN BY BEDBUGS!! Lets start of with the only positive fact that the hotel is quite in the middle of the centre therefore easy to reach. However that positive fact does not become important anymore. On the day that we arrived there where already problems with the check in. It took longer than was promised. When we finally got our room it was absolutely disgusting we only would be here for less then a week thats why we didnt made a problem out of this however we should needed to do that. Because on the third day my brother and I got bitten by BED BUGS this is due to the lack of hygienic services in the room. I have made a list of the things that took my attention the most: - bloodspot on the curtains - Mold between the joints in the bathroom - Large blood staints on our duvet - Beds are not being made properly during change - Toiletpaper wasnt filled up during change - Rooms were very badly isolated kept you awake in the night - Airconditioning made a huge noise - Breakfast wasn’t even breakfast! There was nobody sitting there because they all new they didnt had anything to provide you we needed to get breakfast somewhere else…. - Smell from the breakfast room (using the excuse that the renovated building dates from 1600 (however we live in 2023 were hygiene is very important sounds like they never heard of it! - Clothes storages were dirty with what looks like bread crums in there - Room was overall in bad shape even with cuts and holes in the bathroom where you could litterally scarf your feet up! - They assume they are classified as a 4 star hotel however they don’t even have the right to say they are a 2 star hotel with all this mess! - Very bad wifi signal - Significant amount of dust in the ventilator (wasn’t even working) I could have kept on with the list however then it became even unreadable anymore. I would highly highly suggest also because of the other reviews from previous guests which gave them multiple 1 stars to STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AS POSSIBLE. Since my brother and I got bitten by nasty bed bugs it blew our vacation away and we didn’t had fun anymore. I atteched foto’s as evidence. See it for yourself and decide what you think…..

        First of all, don't go to room 310. Old, water flow is just super thin and slow. They sell it as king bed, but in fact there two beds of different heights. Thehotel It is clearly not maintened. THe worse, I left some receipts and documents in my room and the waitress threw everytng away!!! Unbelieavable! Great locaton, no doubt, but one of the worst hotel I have ever been.

        I don't understand how this hotel managed to get 4 stars. Rooms, bathroom, breakfast, and host at reception were definitely not a 4 star standard(I am no expert but have stayed in enough hotels to say this is a 2 star hotel, no more). The location is great, though.

        Wish I Can Rate it NO STAR!!!! THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY AUTHORITIES, THE HOTEL ROOMS HAVE NO AC, TOILET SEATS WERE BROKEN, FILTHY ROOMS AND HALLWAYS, THE LESS SAID THE BETTER ABOUT THE FRONT DESK!!! It is an INSULT TO STAY HERE, I have been fighting for a refund and they tell lies!!! Be careful, NEVER USE THEIR SAFE DEPOSIT BOX, THEY DONT WORK!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

        A hotel with a great location at the center of Rome and friendly staff, only let down by the facilities being a generally sub-par experience. If comfort is a priority and you can spare the budget, I definitely recommend booking another hotel
