I hated to leave! The personalized level of service from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping was exemplary. The second floor lobby was an exceptional place to hang out. In the restaurant, the cool vibe was made complete by excellent music, plentiful plants and design personality. There truly was no reason to eat anywhere else - but of course I did just not to be a recluse. The breakfast was outstanding, the assortment, display, freshness and taste was topped only by the service. I felt like I had a personal relationship with all the staff, they greeted me by name and we exchanged pleasantries every day. It was like coming home when I returned. Our room was comfortable, high quality linens and lighting, great closet design - truly boutique level - unique, cozy and chic. At the front desk, David took special care in making sure I was comfortable even though I arrived very early in the morning and could not check into my room. Manuel was full of suggestions for places to go and fun things to do. The breakfast crew was friendly, attentive and helpful. Santi, the restaurant manager runs an excellent operation, he is engaged and engaging, he knows his offerings and he does his best to be sure that all of his clients are having the best culinary experience possible. He never stops moving and the happy customers he creates speak to his success. Thank you to the entire staff for the extra special experience in Barcelona. This is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

Perfect design aimed to please and comfort, attentive and polite service. Common spaces are also designed to suit individual and group business hours. Perfect breakfast and a pleasant glass-of-wine break any time. Optimal location. No crowds, but the very centre (15 min walk to showplaces), taxi is always in front of the door. People who have designed and developed the hotel are aware of how to to make it the best way!

Absolutely loved this hotel! It is so beautiful and charming, I was so impressed by the ambiance alone. The staff was so kind and helpful. They coordinated with my partner for a week in advance of our stay to have our room decorated for my birthday. It was all decorated when we got the key and walked in. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar. Location was great and walkable to almost everything, but the metro is also right there and very easy to figure out. Overall we were very happy and will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are stylish with super comfortable beds, a great shower and bathroom, the pool area is lovely after a hot day walking around. One of our favourite things was getting the delicious hotel breakfast everyday. Would highly recommend getting that with your room. The location was perfect for exploring Barcelona by foot and there are lots of fantastic restaurants that are nearby. Having the metro so close by is a plus, too. We’d definitely recommend staying at Antiga casa Buenavista to others.

Wonderful hotel! Super friendly and helpfull staff. Rooms are very clean and well kept. Location is great as the nearest metro station is a mere 2 minute walk door to door. Quite a few attractions within a walkable distance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
