Great location central to most of the tourist attractions. Room was a bit small, nevertheless service was exceptional. Staff maintained professionalism from house keeping to the restaurant manager. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay comfortable. Especially to Sevcan and Murat. Will definitely be staying here again.

Front desk staff are OUTSTANDING. MURAT AND TEAM ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AMD VERY HELPFULL. GOING OUT OF THERE WAY TO MAKE YOUR STAY COMFORTABLE. GOOD FOOD ASWEL. rooms need upgrading. Not very clean. Hot water avail but had brown water on opening taps bt changed aftr a minute or 2. Good location.

Stayed here in September 2023. Excellent location. 1 mile walk through good neighborhoods from Hagia area. Excellent restaurants and shops nearby. Staff is helpful and kind. Breakfast was bit average. Room was efficient but small. Hard to get AC to the cool room sufficiently. But highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel! We loved service, good location (5-10 minute to the metro station, near the beautiful university and the mosque), room was cosy, and we had delicious breakfasts and dinners with stunning view ♥️ Loved an experience)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
