I had a great experience! The location is nice, the food from the breakfast was very fresh and tasty. The personal was very friendly and very attentive. I stayed there for a week and I really had a good time. On top of the hotel they have a terrace with a great bartender. Irecommend Antis hotel! 💯😀

Location is great, very close to central and downtown areas. The only thing to be careful of is that it's a sloped road, and there's traffic as soon as you step out because there isn't really a pavement so to speak, so there's a chance of getting hit by a car (although they're always moving slowly because the roads are small) which is a bit annoying. You just have to be vigilant, same as always. The cafes and restaurants nearby are great (I highly recommend The Ottoman's Kitchen just down the road!). Service was really great, the reception staff were friendly and kind, always stopping for a chat when you go by. Breakfast was good, especially the scrambled eggs, although the coffee could be better, and I wish there were some continental options like basic croissants. Still highly recommend though, especially the French toast style bread with honey. The rooms are nice and very clean, and the housekeeping were thorough and helpful. Generally it is very quiet, although there was some noise from other guests on one of the nights we stayed. I will mention that we booked two rooms and the air conditioning in one room was much better than the other, but it didn't bother us hugely and I'm sure staff would have fixed it if we bothered to mention it. Planning to go back to Istanbul and I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel overall simple and clean. People are generally friendly and willing to help. There are a few disadvantages though like very little amenities, they only give u 1 access card to ur room, cleaners make comments about ur room (which is weird) and they never changed cups or refilled tea and sugar when they clean like. Other hotels. We did try laundry service which was fast but they literally put our clothes crumbled into a plastic bag and gave it to us (not even folded). Breakfast buffet was almost exactly same for 6 days but it was quite good. Roof top is lovely with great view and the hotel location was great only wish that it wasn't up a hill it was super hard to manage walking back and forth especially if u have kids push chairs. Overall good but i think I'd try another hotel next time.

We stayed in the Antis Hotel by the end of May. Although the Hotel itself is 15 walking minutes away from the next Tram station, it is convenient to walk there. People with foot problem could also grab a Taxi or a shuttle service which can bring you straight to the Hotel. The service was excellent! Every question or issue we had was taken care of and the staff was always very friendly. We had an AC in our room and it was always clean. The beds were comfortable and soft. The breakfast was simple but it satisfied our needs to fill our stomachs and prepared us for a long day in the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
