We were staying at this hotel. I had €1,500 in cash and I kept it in the room's safe as the guides recommend. I was surprised that it was closed but they went up and with a key they opened it so that I could enter my combination. I left the €1,500 and the passports and the last day I took them without counting them and when I got home I counted them and I was missing €500. At no time did I take cash so I know for sure that they were stolen from me. Also another day that we were resting they entered without warning and now I think it was to rob me more. Too bad a hotel that you can't trust its staff because they steal from you. I guess they took just enough so it wouldn't show and silly of me for thinking my money would be safe in a hotel safe.

Only four stars due to the socket missing in the bathroom of room n°9. I cannot use electric shaver and for the hairdryer I used the socket in the bedroom. But I'm sure this comment will be take not as critic but as improvement. For the rest I can say and suggest this nice location, withnice decor of the rooms, clean, gentle staff and WONDERFUL breakfast!!

Antrim Villa is a lovely place to stay! We had a great time, with everything we needed! We were staying nearly two weeks at Antrim Villa. We had a tidy and lovely, small (perfectly fine for two people) room. Breakfast was nice and solide with every days highlight of a freshly prepared choice of eggs (omelet/ scrambled/ fried). All members of the stuff were lovely, really friendly and dedicated to make us a nice stay! We also enjoyed several times the opportunity to get dinner in the restaurant of Antrim Villa - food was also good and really delicious! We had a rental car and used the opportunity to park on site. But we also used the good location and went several times on foot to the sea promenade (10min) and to the waterfront (30min). All together we were totally happy with our stay at Antrim Villa and can really recommend this place!

The staff gives you a personalized stay, are very helpful an professional. The facility is cozy and quiet. The location is perfect where you can walk to the main street or beach. Can easily obtain transportation to places that are too far to walk. The Scandinavian breakfast is awesome. You get far more than what you pay staying here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
