The place is close nature, at least our room was, and that was a big plus. The staff is friendly, the pool has a nice view. However, this hotel needs some maintenance and cleanliness. The room looked rather old just like the building itself.

If you get a room on the first floor and you have no problems with stairs, just refuse. Claustrophobic, only walls. New way no room service,cleaning. I asked and got sheets changed. 9 days being by the sand, it needed it. Towels, I had to chase the girls. But all employees very smile,😊 nice. I have been now 5 months in&out hotels. Sometime luxury hostels are better.

Amazing hotel. We had the best time here. The pool is very cool, we had a bathtub outside on our private balcony, rooms are very big and clean, it's quiet and they are very baby friendly. But the best about this hotel are the nice people down in the reception and also Ping at the tourist information. We compared a lot and she had the best prices for great tours.

AC is from middle ages, loud, strong, no remote to control (wall mounted control from early 2000). Either it is on or off (3 wind settings loud, louder, the loudest). Thus if it is on you can't sleep because it is too cold, or too loud. The hotel has ant problems, we left some left overs on the open, ants came crawling from the ceiling and cracks in the wall. Toilet seat might be clean but it looks disgusting. When you walk on the shower tiles, they leak water (???). You can close night curtains, but the light from corridors shine bright thought the door and the interesting shower window (to be frank it has a white almost see though curtain that did not help to hide the light). All in all staff is great, but the hotel is over priced, long overdue for a renovation. Would not recommend to stay there for the price they sell rooms.

Amazing value for money. One of the best rooms we’ve had during our month in Thailand. Our room was very spacious, well equipped, and we had a beautiful bathroom. Common areas: the infinity pool was a great plus to this hotel, as well as the pool table 🎱 The staff were very friendly, and they also organise transfers to Krabi airport for a competitive price.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
