The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. They took my request(just added a note when booking) seriously and surprised us with honeymoon decoration on our bed when we first arrived, I’m very touched with that effort. They cleaned our room and change towels everyday even though we didn’t request for it. Food selections at breakfast buffet are quite various and delicious too. The location of the hotel is perfect, just by the main road and very near to the beach. I really enjoyed my stay here. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Krabi again in the future.

The property is really neat and beautiful. It gives you a sense of luxury as well. Although the staff could have been much more polite and more hospitable. The limitations of the pool that it will not run after 8 pm was another turn off. The rooms were clean. The bathtub was good. I had to call the room service for the hot water but otherwise it was a good spacious room. Good clean hotel was a good experience.

Great location, room was okay, we didn't have any kind of view out of our window except for the back of another building and air conditioning units. Service was okay, we were in a rush to check out and took ages to do this which was frustrating. Breakfast was nothing special, very average but decent enough if there is a cheap deal.

Pool is very nice. I think, one of the best in Krabi. Washroom is very spacious and has a elegant look with all the amenities incl. Nice bathtub. Breakfast was declared halal. Staffs were very nice to us. Only problem was that there is no lift. It was tough for us to go and come upstairs & downstairs to 2nd floor without lift and with a baby & stroller. Otherwise, the stay was veey pleasant.

I spent four nights at Aonang Orchid. To start it off the aircon in our room was very weak. Even after four hours there wasn’t much change in room temperature. Only after constant complaining did they offer to change rooms. However, our new room aircon was still weak. And was right next to the street which meant there was constant noise throughout the day, especially at night. At this point we were too tired to ask for another room change. The most pressing issue was that the bathroom had mosquitos. The toilet had issues flushing and there were weird stains on some bed sheets. The breakfast and the pool was decent for the price point of the hotel. The only selling point I could think of was the location of the hotel. It is situated near many stalls, restaurants and is near Aonang beach.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
