Modern design, cozily arranged and large room facing the river. Very comfortable, huge bathroom that I couldn't resist from taking hot tub. Great location with many restaurants nearby. My room was at the next building, then the lobby, which claimed that the lobby was newly been used since October. Just a reminder that the washing machine took more than 4 hours to wash and dry, probably this is an all-in-one machine, which I had never tried before. Please ensure you have enough time for this. Also, please don't try the "low temperature" mode for drying, in fact, it seemed more like spinning and circulating with air. I spent the whole night drying with the "low temperature" mode, my sweater and Jean ended up still not thoroughly dry after additional 5 hours of drying.

They have the best customer service, and the villa location is convenience. We have a very nice garden and pretty view. We had some problems to book the train tickets, and they were helping us until 12am at late night. Appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Of all the places we stayed in Japan this had my favourite hotel room it was huge with a great bathroom. There are also great restaurants and bars next to the hotel - try this place it has amazing cocktails L’Escamoteur Bar

Very nice place and may be the best hotel in Kyoto. Just walk a few minutes then you will find out Sakura blossom on your head.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
