Staying here at the moment (Room A1401) and can already tell that this hotel offers great value for what you pay: First of all, it’s been under major renovation recently, so you can safely disregard older reviews. Everything looks new and clean, the pool is also clean and pleasant to be in. The WiFi works fine, the breakfasts are super nice, and the staff is lovely and helpful. And the location is the best part: it’s right by the sea and within walking distance to everything you might need Highly recommended!

Just okay. For the price charged, there are better hotels to opt for. The location is close to the beach which is great but also an awfully smelly canal runs behind/adjacent to the hotel building. The pool area therefore smells very bad - you can’t enjoy your swim nor enjoy the sun beds. Not worth the money.

The hotel is desperately in need of remodeling and brightening up. Only two or three staff members are actually working the others just hang around. Breakfast is the worst I have ever experienced. Most days I ate only a couple slices of toast. Fried eggs were presented hours ahead of time and oftentimes actually burned black. The hotel would be wise of offer only continental breakfast as the coffee is good. Our room was serviced every day properly and with a friendly smile. The hotel needs to address security issues at night to ensure that their guests feel safe. The city itself is NOT a friendly place for elderly travellers in fact Krabi is extremely difficult to get about except by boat providing one has the mobility to climb in and out and at times of low tide prepared to walk over 100 metres out into the sea to climb into a long tail boat.

Really great location in Ao Nang. The hotel has seen better days. Room was adequate, elevator broken down, hallways strewn with baskets and just stuff. AIRCON was good, bedding old, bathroom adequate and did have great hot water. Would only stay here because of the great location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
