All the staff were great and very caring when it rains they came out holding umbrella for us. I would like to thank Mr Zee for helping us a lot when my grandmother was in the room alone he took matters into his own hands and went to check on my grandmother every 2 hours if she is alright. He is the best. Highly recommend this place. Room are clean and staffs are so nice.

Best Breakfast in Ao Nang at this price point. The staff are very very friendly and help full, from when you first arrive with your luggage all the way through to check out. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works a charm. Our bathroom had quite a lot of mild/ black silicone around the bath and shower. Even the tile grout was black. This is why we gave 3 stars for the room. There is parking for your bike ant the front and you can hire bikes from the hotel. Locations is great.. facing the beach and a stones throw from the busy streets with shops, restaurants and everything else. Best of all the breakfast. This is a hotel worth getting the breakfast! The have the best tasting coffee and anything else you could possible want from a buffet style breakfast 10 out of 10. I would stay here again.

Location is very good and very convenient. The staff Zee is very helpful. Motorbike rental( from the hotel ) is cheaper compared to outside. Alot of restaurants , markets , bars and night market around the hotel. ( walking distance ) Beach and boat tour to any island is just opposite the hotel. Unfortunately we stayed for 6 nights and they gave us connecting room ( we have 2 babies ). The room is not sound proof. Our next door guest is upset with us but we cant do much because the wall is very thin ( plus we have 2 babies ) and there is a gap for our connecting door. We can hear all the conversations from the corridor outside the room and next door.

This was my favorite hotel I stayed at in Thailand. The customer service was wonderful, the setting was beautiful, I loved the pool and the balcony, and the location couldn't be beat. I felt so taken care of during my entire stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
