Nice hotel with a calm neighborhood. We spent 6 nights there and really enjoyed our time. The breakfast was good and the size of the pool is okay for the size of the hotel. The transfer for the airport was well organized and if you want you can pay it with a card. What I would like to improve: - add a standing air dryer rack on the balcony for towels and swimsuits - add 1-2 pairs of sunbathing/daybed next to the pool. Some guest reserving them and who really needs finds none - the massage that the hotel organized was not the best.

First of all I would like to thank for the whole Team for the amazing work and support! We stayed for 9 days in the hotel (ina deluxe room) with our infant and had an amazing time! The rooms are big enough, the bed is comfortable, AC -you can leave it on when you’re on the way-, the bedrooms are also nice. The hotel is 20/25 minutes from the beach, we walked most of the times, but the hotel has a free shuttle. The pool is also pleasant. The breakfast menu is also good. You have enough choice.:) If you’re thinking about to book this hotel, I can totally recommend it! I am sure, that we will come back soon! :)

Lovely place to stay. Facilities not new but well maintained. Staff is just great, doing everything to make you feel relaxed. Our little one was struggling with heat and upon mentioning it we got moved into another villa with more shade within minutes. Breakfast good quality too, fresh fruit, real coffee etc - critics must be buffet warriors.

Nice hotel, very clean, beautiful pool and garden area. It’s about 20 mins walk to the beach and a bit away from the hussle of Ao nang which we enjoyed but easily walkable into town. We booked our tours from the street as they were cheaper than doing directly with the hotel. Same with transport that was cheaper on 12Go. The only thing that could be improved a little was the breakfast. It was fine but a few flies around the food , still a good choice of Thai and western style. Our toilet won’t flush when we arrived but was sorted immediately and we had no further problems with it.

Overall I think the hotel was great. Good food, good organisation, great staff - helpful and friendly, the pool was nice, the garden was lovely. The surrounding was peaceful but easy to find everything you'd need very close - laundry, tours, exchange, 7-11, good food. All there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
