Negative: WiFi info in room card is totally wrong. Service need to be more timely. Family room is the opposite of small road, not so much convenient especially for kids alone to go to breakfast and swimming pool due to the fact that adults need to take care of kids. Noisy at night from nearby store. Positive: Very friendly. Slider player is funny and exciting. Swimming pool is very clean with having multiple selections. Big enough room. Breakfast is so so good.

Pool open until 8pm and slide until 6 pm, good size room, relatively quiet on the rooms facing the street. Cleaning rooms daily, water included. Good options for breakfast, fruits, pastry, eggs, lots of cooked meals also, changing every day. Good tea! Close to the beach, can rent bike close to hotel for 250 baht, 300 in the hotel. Transfer to airport standard as other places 150baht per person, arrange it at the hotel for convenience.

One of my favourite stays during my time at Thailand. I loved the rooms as they were spacious and simple. There was also a balcony. The washroom was nice and spacious as well. Apart from these, the resort has a pool with a slide. They also provide complimentary breakfast. Relatively affordable, value for money resort!

cold water in the shower and if it gets hot it’s weak pressure not enough to shower in. The water also smells and creates a smell in the whole bathroom. The breakfast is rubbish for vegetarians all you get is potato croquettes and then the usual toast salad and fruits. I don’t recommend paying for breakfast here. As even the stir fried vegetables have seafood or meat. Very noisy hotel, staff start making noise in corridors 8am and guests also noisy. Location is the only good thing.

The hotel is overall good value for money with clean rooms, best balcony view. Clean pool with a water slide is an crowd puller to this place One suggestion is to maintain the quality of the water slide as the baby slide appears to be broken and can cause potential injury Rooms with direct pool access is a plus

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
