Generally, a good hotel for single traveler. Been using the chain for my past trips. Not much hassle in checking-in though, their check-in timing is fairly strict. Room wise, as expected in the sense of being comfortable and adequate but don't expect plenty of movement space around the room once your luggage is open. The negative point I have to really point out is their Laundromat. Located at 2nd floor of the building and next to a guest room, the noise generated by the dryer is really loud. My friends' clothes were taken out of the dryer by the guest who was staying at the room next to the laundromat. Though the staff on duty handled it as best as they can, it left kind of a sour taste in our mouth as the hotel could have improved the sound isolation of the room plus, the duty staff could have removed the clothes in the dryer and keep them at the front desk waiting for the guest to come n claim it while also explaining the situation. Overall, it was still a good stay. Will definitely stay there again as its close to the Metro and JR lines.

Location is lovely, very nice neighbourhood and easy access to other main areas. The room is smaller than expected but it’s good enough for short stays or couples who don’t mind a tighter space. I’d say it’s pretty cute and comfy. Just that there’s not much room to move around and open luggages if you got bigger ones or many. It’s very clean so it’s great.

No space for luggage. Not under bed, by foot of bed, you just put it in the hallway or between the desk and your bed. The shower is awful and spills water everywhere unless you split the knob between the sink and shower. The worst APA hotel I stayed at. Location is the only part, it's in akihabira and very close to the station.

This place is nice for solo and couple travelers. The rooms are small but the price is good. Tons of amenities offered, a laundromat, vending machines, microwave, and restaurants on the first floor. The only downside was that it was *slightly* dirty (something on the wall in the bathroom and dust on the TV), but for the price and location I still think it’s great. Check in was very easy and we don’t speak a lick of Japanese.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
