APA Hotels offer rooms at a certain level and price throughout Japan. As for the soundproofing of the rooms, you can hear the sound of people passing through the entrance, but not the noise from the next room. This branch has a hot spring where you can relax after a long day of travel or work. It is also very convenient because there is a restaurant on the ground floor that is open from morning till night. The staff, both male and female, are very friendly and well trained. I recommend this branch.

I just finished 2 nights stay here. Location is good. Only a few stops from many major attractions. But the room is smelly, so I have to always leave bathroom fan and air purifier on, and use the deodorizer spray they have on the room counter(the fact the deodorizer is present should tell you something). Woman's public bath is quite nice. But my husband said there were guests using their key cards to let non-guests into the man's public bath, so it's unpleasantly crowded. The breakfast is the worst I have had in Japan. That cafe simply can't accommodate the crowd, and the food is simpler than American motel's. ☹️

I stayed here a few weeks ago as a solo traveler and this is perfect if you are looking for an upgrade from a hostel. If you are willing to spend about $30 total more on a hotel room with private bathroom, not per night, rather than a hostel, then this is the place for you. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there was dust around the air vent that made my seasonal allergies act up. Other than that, it is a cozy, nice room for solo travelers who are looking to spend all day exploring and then come back to a nice bed and quiet room. Also, one minute walk from metro and nearby a beautiful temple. I stayed on a higher floor and had a great view of the Tower. It is luxurious for the price you pay. Free slippers, rob, shower room, laundry and dryer. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is okay as far as hotels go. Rooms are tiny but the rooftop bath is impressive. However, rooms are littered with far-right revisionist propaganda. Everyone is entitled to their questionable opinion, but please keep that uyoku junk away from your customers. I will definitely never ever stay in an APA Hotel ever again (and I'm in Japan a lot, so it's quite the hassle to avoid them).

This was the first hotel I stayed at when in Tokyo as a solo traveler. I stayed in a single room for a week and it was fine, a bit small but i expected it. They cleaned my room daily. The service was great. The location was really good. The metro is conveniently located in a walking distance so it made a lot easier for me to get around the city. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and if I come back to Tokyo in the future, i’d for sure stay here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
