Overall speaking, the hotel' location is perfect. It is in the center of the big Tokyo city. There are several convenience stores and two metro stations nearby. It is easy for you to buy some groceries and travel around. The service provided is good. The staffs are very courtesy and are willing to provide extra help. The only disadvantage of it might be the space of the room is too small. But, many other hotels in Tokyo might have the same situation.

First and foremost the size of the room was tiny. Our luggage took up 20% of the room. There was no storage space making the room crammed. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The price of the room doesn’t match the size but then this is tokyo. On a more positive note the location is fantastic. Short walk to food outlets, Starbucks, trains, shopping and even a golds gym. The staff are welcoming and friendly and speak some english.

The room was very pricey for what we got. The room was very small for a double bed and the bed itself had a hollow slept into the mattress on one side. The reception staff were very professional and helpful and stay was mostly comfortable, the room just felt very overpriced even for peak season.

Rooms: Quite a small room - a common size for most of the hotels in Japan. Wifi is strong inside the room. APA hotel has the best shower in all hotels we have been and water is drinkable. Plus APA hotel provides a complete bathroom amenities. Service: Friendly and accommodating staff. Check out time is at 10am. If your flight is in the night, you can keep your bags at the front desk and you can roam around Tokyo if you still have enough free time. If you want to extend your stay at the hotel, you will be charge 1000 YEN per hour and the extension can be until 1400LT. There is a restaurant at the ground floor where you can have your breakfast at the price of 1600 YEN per person - japanese and continental breakfast is available. Location: 11mins walk from Tokyo Station. 15-20mins walk to Ginza area which is a very posh place in Japan. 7-Eleven and Family Mart are also available near the hotel

for the price you get essentials that even large brand hotels struggle to provide' fridge, desk, tub. no frills here and minimalist rooms but all well thought out in typical japanese manner for convenience. You are in front of the Toei Asaksa line which becomes the KK line to Haneda. One block over is the Ginza line with direct access to Shibuya.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
