Stayed here for a weekend trip to Tokyo. Top area and affordable stay in the Ginza area. You can walk anywhere and metro is super close. I plan to stay again in another part of the mainland.

Pros: Good price. Good location. Good staff and thoughtful cleaning staff. Cons: View was facing another building. Shower water temperature changes drastically by itself, full cold or full hot sometimes - not enjoyable. Small room, slightly smaller than other Tokyo hotels.

PROS: 1. Lawson and 7-Eleven are nearby 2. Ginza is quite close ... can walk and will be reaching there within 10 mins. 3. Room was very clean ... better than APA Hotel Hatchobori Shintomicho. CONS: 1. The bed was in bad condition. Mattress is saggjng on right side so, made my back and shoulder in pain, you should rotate or flip it. 2. Mostly staffs were unable to communicate English in level of hospitality services. 3. Got smell of smoking every night from next room, but hotel staffs ignored to do anything. 4. In-room amenities were not given every day. Housekeeper will decide whether to give you or not!!! 5. 10am sharp is the time for room cleaning ... you must wake up on time to get ready for not being in the room !!!!! 6. A bit difficult to hire a cab by street. 7. Anyone book the room with breakfast, you must walk to have breakfast at another APA hotel where nearby. Really super duper inconvenient at all. 8. Complimentary a bottle of drinking water is placed in the room ONLY DAY1, the rest of your stay is your own responsibility!!! 9. Not regularly changing bedsheet, pillow case and duvet cover.

APA Hotel Ginza provided us with a fantastic experience during our four-day stay. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by the hotel's impeccable service and attention to detail. One of the standout features of the hotel was the excellent air conditioning system. Considering that we visited during a particularly warm period, the AC provided a much-needed respite from the heat. It functioned flawlessly, maintaining a comfortable temperature in the room throughout our stay. While the room was slightly small, it was not a major issue for us as we were two individuals. The compact size was efficiently utilized, and the room layout was designed in a way that made the most of the available space. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel's location in Ginza was another highlight. It was conveniently situated near various shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation options. We were able to easily access different parts of Tokyo and explore the city's attractions without any hassle. Furthermore, the hotel staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests we had. They provided helpful recommendations for nearby dining options and were knowledgeable about the area. Overall, APA Hotel Ginza exceeded our expectations. Despite the slightly small room size, the excellent AC system and the hotel's prime location more than made up for it. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tokyo's bustling Ginza district.

Is a really good hotel for the price you pay. I got a regular double occupancy room and the room looks to be newly furnished. Everything was sparkling! The staff were also really courteous and helpful and went the extra mile for us. They were definitely the stars of the show. On the ground floor, you also have a coin operated washing machine if you have the need and you can borrow umbrellas for free too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
