My views from my 2 persons business trip: Room - The mattress in my room was so sunken it gave me back pain and bad rest even though I tried to rotate myself to sleep horizontally. The bathroom, though small in area, was packed with efficient design. The bathtub was great. Service - I liked the way interactions with staffs were designed to be minimum, though room cleaning can improve. Areas harder to access are full of dust but visible. Location - a walk to Ginza with less effort was a good experience.

Had a very poor experience with the cleanliness of these rooms. Our initial room we noticed hair on the bed right away and upon further inspection there were even more hairs in the sheets, under the sheets, and massive stains on the mattress. The room didn't smell clean (notably the washroom) and it just seemed like a dirty motel for acts we don't need to go into detail about The staff was kind and offered a second room but even then it was not much better and the thought of staying there made us leave without staying our first night. Unfortunately I would never recommend this location and quite frankly don't think I'd consider staying at any other APA hotels in the future based on this experience

I always check the mattress at every hotel upon entry to ensure the cleanliness — never thought I’d fine this obvious of a stain. The front desk staff tried to be helpful by showing us another room. The second room had pubic hair ALL over the mattress, not just one or two strands of hair, but a bunch.. I regret not getting a picture of it so people can be aware. I knew this was a cheap hotel and did not expect five star amenities, but APA seems to lack basic hygiene. We left the hotel right away and went around the neighborhood to find a new hotel. I will never be using APA hotel.

TLDR: alright room for the price, terrible service. It was 28c (82f) in our room and we could not change it. If you’re on vacation, spend the extra money and get a better hotel. I’m quite disappointed with my stay here. I understand that is a cheaper hotel so I did not expect much. However, I’m very disappointed at the inflexibility of the hotel and staff. The hotel turned off the air conditioning while it was still 24C+ outside, as a result of became really hot in our room - 28C. We were on the 12th floor so the windows don’t open either. We asked multiple times to either turn on the AC or let us move to a room but we were told the place is fully booked. It’s one thing that we can barely get a wink of sleep at night but all the food / chocolate we bought as souvenirs are going to be melted and spoiled. If you’re seeking comfort in your stay - avoid this hotel.

Super bad and dirty place. Even the sheet cover is dirty and lots of hair on the bed. Bathroom very small, and room also small, no space for the luggage. But the only comfortable thing is the information desk staff super nicely and patient. That’s only thing we appreciate.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
