Recommended to book APA Hotel Ginza Shintomicho Ekimae Kita instead which is just next door. Lobby is bad. No sitting area to wait for check in. Totally regret to book this hotel

This hotel only has the location going for it. It is old and dirty! After the first night we had a couple bug bites, but didn’t think much of it. After the second night, hubby, daughter, and I woke up to being feasted on by a variety of probably spider, flea, and possible bed bugs. I should have know from the warning signed; stale smelling hallways and questionable cleanliness of all carpets. We did multiple stops in Japan and this was the worst hotel ever!

Stayed here for couple of days and enjoyed my stay. If you are planning to stay here for more than 3 days, i suggest you may not want to take up the breakfast because the menu will not change. You will be served the same food everyday and it might get bored. It is not a buffet but a standard set everyday The room was pretty fine with heater available in the room for you during cold weather. Opened the window for ventilation. Room is small and probably suitable for 24inch luggage to open fully. If you are planning to stay with a big luggage, you just got to bare with it. Toilet is only big enough for 1 person.

I’ve stayed at several apa in japan but this location was definitely the worst one. My room was too small that I couldn’t even open my suitcase. I got a hard time to sleep on the first night because of the bed. It was hard as rock. I thought it was just me but my wife also complained about it.
