We just had such a great 3-night stay at this place. The staff were so friendly from reservation confirmation through checkout. Check in and checkout were fast and easy with front staff speaking English. The rooms are small but that is typical in Japan. Most importantly, they were very clean and the towels and amenities provided were great. You can hear street noise, so if you are a light sleeper, just bring some ear plugs and that solves the problem. We didn’t hear other guests through the wall. Location was perfectly near spots in Shinjuku but not too close to be so noisy. Would definitely recommend this place.

Room is very small as expected. Room facilities are well maintained and functioning as intended. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They allow you to store your luggage in their hotel lobby. They have onsen, microwave, trousers presser, payable washing machine and payable cloths dryer. Place is conveniently situated in the middle of 2 lines and 15mins walking distance to Shinjuku. Short walking distance to convenient store, supermarkets, donki, restaurants and pub. There are surprisingly alot of Korean reasturants which also attracts alot of Korean tourist.

It’s a decent place but quite far from Shinjuku main station altho reachable by 2 subways. The rooms are small and they only have one elevator so it takes time to go up/down. Service was ok, they cleared trash and made the bed but didn’t consistently replenish supplies. They couldn’t help us with reservations:(

Dear traveler, this is a not recommended hotel. I am traveling with my wife, so 2 person, taking the double room, this room is extremely tiny. I paid 100~120 USD for this hellish room. Yes, I know Tokyo hotel is tiny and I am expecting one too, but! I am giving this comment as I have been to 8 hotels in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and this hotel is.... the worst of all. Definitely a no no. Try find another one if you have option. Note: If you are 170cm and above, you will have difficulties with the toilet bowl.

Horrible stay at this APA. Came home 1am after leaving 7am day before and OUR HOTEL DOOR WAS LEFT OPEN ALL DAY BY THE CLEANERS ! No cameras on the floors so no way to check if anyone had been inside. Air conditioning unit had mould and room window is facing a brick wall. The screen mirror feature and wifi is also trash. find somewhere else!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
