Small but effective and well laid out rooms. Water pressure in the shower was great ! Clean and close to the action. Lobby can get hectic at times. Great value !

Cons: Room size - compact, can't be help.. Room intent: for sleeping, shower and toilet usage.. if wanna party, go somewhere else and pay. Pros: excellent air-con, quiet room, clean, good bed, good shower pressure and temp controlled, helpful and considerate house-keeping, fridge keeps your items cold very quickly.. Overall: good CP value

I just checked in yesterday and it is an incredible hotel. The staff is so helpful and very friendly. Great location. The room is small but perfect. I have no complaints and nothing but praise I will definitely recommend this to everybody and thank you for having me on your property

Location is bit main and 800 mtrs walk from shinjiku station. Rooms are cozy and relatively small, particularly bath tub. Elevator was awfully slow. People were good. The breakfast semi buffet menu was same all day with pick 2/5 main course and 2 side course which was a bit let down. Staffs are kind and was able to accommodate basic English for communication.

I stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect. Easy to get to from Haneda airport ($60USD taxi, good subway lines too if you choose). The room is small compared to hotels in the US but it was very comfortable. Bed was comfy but pillows were very hard. The tv was nice and big and had screen mirror options. Hotel provides daily pajamas and slippers, as well as basic toiletries like tooth brush and razor. Coffee and tea is also provided in the room daily to use with the water heater. The room has a refrigerator but no microwave. The hotel is in a great location within shinjuku. Very close to golden gai, shinjuku station, and several convince stores and restaurants. The only two complaints i have is that since this is in kabukicho (red light district) it was pretty noisy at night, even on the higher floors. I could hear ambulances and police sirens basically all night. and the elevator was slow sometimes. since it is a 12 story building it should have 2 elevators but there is only one.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
