I had a good time at the hotel. It was a comfortable bed in an alright sized room. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a perfect location within walking distance of several train stations. Reasonably priced and good amenities.

Rooms are tiny but surprisingly well-equipped. The staff were friendly and spoke decent English. The location is also quite nice, with train stations about 10 minutes walk. The night life scene around the area is also a sight to behold. My highlight is the free bath on the second floor however. It’s very, very relaxing, especially after a busy day sightseeing.

Let me tell you that APA is an amazing hotel chain! The rooms are very neat and spacious enough (a little small compared to the west but it’s Japan!) I didn’t get it with breakfast included but I did in Osaka and the breakfast was top notch! The service is very good as well. And they have a bath! (Like a hot spring) it’s so nice after a day walking in Tokyo to relax in the hot water 🙂. Thank you APA for the great experience!

I really love this hotel even though the rooms are extremely small but are well equipped answer all needs. I would also highly recommend to take the breakfast it is absolutely excellent. Location leave somewhat to be desirable it is a bit of a walk from the train station but not so bad (but do expect the 5-5 mins walk depending which station you're coming from) around the hotel there's many restaurants convenience stores and he's adjacent to Korean street and the center of Shinjuku

Stayed for 6 nights and traveled with my partner , the property is located by three train stations that are 10-12 minute walkable distance, property is very clean despite being located around the red district strip very convenient for stores, dining areas which had tons to choose from and fun like clubs, arcades and etc. as a young couple we had tons of fun. The receptionist were very nice and was easy to communicate as they do speak English. When we arrived to check in at 3 lobby was empty but started to get very busy around 4, felt completely save on the property as you need your hotel card to use the elevator and get inside lobby area, even felt safe walking outside the property at 3am. I must say the rooms were very tights as a plus size person myself, I read reviews and was nervous but had to see myself! the restrooms are very tight too as my partner is very tall, the beds were tights but we were okay, there is no room for your luggage’s so they must be placed under your bed. Clean towels daily and room service on your third night or if being requested. Cannot complain because it was in a very good area and was affordable. I rate this property 4/5 just because the typical Japan room was small.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
