Good location next to Kanda Station. The hotel is 13 floors tall with a single elevator. You can enter from either the east or west side - the hotel stretches through the small block. There is a room on the 2nd floor with a microwave, ice machine and a drinks vending machine. The room is small, but that's to be expected. You can put your luggage under the bed. There is a kettle and a fridge in the room - although my fridge ended up freezing my drinks and food... Due to the location, you can hear the trains all throughout the day and most of the night. If you're a light sleeper I recommend earplugs. I also found the pillows a little hard. The staff are very friendly. The only thing I found wasteful was the single use packaging of everything - I put a sign on my door that said 'No clean up', so they didn't enter my room to clean it, but they hung a bag with fresh towels, new packaged items (included individually packaged hairbands!) etc. I think there should be another sign that means you don't get any new amenities too as I found it a bit wasteful!

Cosy hotel nearby the train station, which is quite convenient if you plan to use the Yamanote line. And if you prefer subway, you have like four different stations in less than 10 minutes walk, including Akihabara. Rooms are small but really nice, the space is well used (you can leave the luggage under the bed so it doesn't get in the middle), free wifi and tv with free VOD. Breakfast can be booked the day before, it's half what they give you (when we went they had fish and chicken and bacon) and half free buffet from what they have, basic things, oh and coffee. The main dropdown is the location: although being nearby the train station can be convenient, you will most likely hear the trains passing by, even in the middle of the night. When you're tired you ignore it, but even so it sometimes gets bothersome.

Great location, cheap and clean! The rooms are super tiny, but have their own bathroom attached. Which is of course tiny too. This is fine and expected, as the hotel is cheap and has a great location. However the air condition directly blows at the head of the bed. No settings change this behavior and it’s annoying. So you can either turn it off or have a cold daft.
