The room was clean, bedding was really comfortable. My favourite was the bathroom. I can see Tokyo scenery while I was sitting on the bed through bathroom! I couldn't find out how to change the room temperature. It was set 20 degrees and I turned up, but it didn't stay my favor. I could ask, but this wasn't a big issue. Had really pleasant stay - could stay longer! Thank you!

I checked in around 1 am and didn’t wake up till 11:10, I eventually left room at 11:30 and they ask me for 1000 fee, which was never charged me in other APA. Yes it’s on the rule book, but for some one staid in your hotel for such a short time and you have bunch of open rooms I don’t think it’s necessary. I will never come back to this apa again.

APA hotel rooms are SMALL, but come with every amenity you could need, courteous and friendly staff, and so far every one I've stayed in has been within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants and small shops. I'll definitely stay again, when I'm in Japan.

Nice hotel. Large rooms with modern design. Separate toilet closet + traditional Japanese wet room style bathroom with a deep soaking tub. Check-in was smooth and quick, with friendly service; it was raining and they provided towels to dry off while waiting. Short walk to the station. Perfect location for going to Haneda. Would definitely stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
