Excellent room, excellent location, excellent service. Cannot say enough good things about the APA Hotel. Evidently they have somewhat of a good reputation of being one of the best hotels around, and I can understand why. Will definitely use them next time I come to Japan.

This hotel has been perfect for my husband and I. We are almost finished our 13 night stay here and are sad to be leaving soon. The hotel is in a great location just a slight walk from the JY train line. It is so conscientious. There are many great restaurants just outside the hotel and a family mart on the same block. The staff has been so great. They are very kind and eager to help. My husband and I have really enjoyed our time here. This has been our first trip to Japan and it did take us a few minutes to figure out you have to put your room key in the slot on the wall to activate the electricity to the room. It’s so nice and right by the door but we completely missed it at first.

5 minute walk from the station. 1 minute walk to Family Mart and about 2 minutes to an easy to use laundrette. They do accept packages if you decide to do online shopping. Lacks some amenities like spa and in-house laundry other APA spots offer, but personally, it's negligible.

Overall experience was satisfactory. The hotel location is really good, room was comfortable and toilet is good. Check-in & check-out process was fast and efficient and staff were polite. However, we felt that the room was slightly dusty especially the area at the bed. The final layer of the bedsheet seems dirty not sure if the staff change it. Do take note that the Air Conditioning system is centralised thus you have no way to adjust if you need heating or cool air

Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by a modern and well-maintained lobby, which set a positive tone for my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was courteous and accommodating throughout my visit. My room was compact yet comfortable, which is typical of many hotels in Tokyo. The amenities were sufficient for my needs, including a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and a small workspace. The bathroom was clean and stocked with basic toiletries, though it might feel a bit cramped for some guests. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
