We arrived 20 min before check-in time and asked the front desk if it'd be possible to check in a little early. Young employee told us yes, the room was ready, but right before handing over the keys an older woman (assuming her manager) whispered in her ear and she promptly withdrew the keys and told us that check-in was strictly at 3pm and that she was sorry she couldn't help. Not a huge deal as we could store our luggage, but quite frustrating and left a somewhat negative impression. The rooms and amenities were fine and we appreciated the help with getting our bags forwarded to our next hotel by staff the next morning.

Very helpful staff. They also meticulously helped me with Yamato luggage delivery filling up the form. So that I can deliver my heavy luggage to airport and travel luggage free for the remaining of my trip. Thanks! 🙏🏻

Room was a touch on smaller side but was very clean overall. The staff at the reception were also helpful with answering our questions. Super quick walk to Kyoto Station in 5 Mims with many restaurants nearby. This also made is easy to get to all the tourist attractions such as Fushimi Inari and the Bamboo Forest. They also had ice machines, vending machines and laundry the first floor.

Perfect position if u need to take the train often. Rooms are exactly on the japanese business hotel standard. A little bit narrow for westerns standard

Only location is great, room size is so small It fees claustrophobic. There is no space to open luggage properly. Cleaning is regular.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
