I recommend this hotel for travelers seeking proximity to Haneda Airport while staying near central Tokyo. It's conveniently close to the Mita Line's exits, but not the Asakusa Line that connects to the Keikyu Line for the airport. When accessing from the subway station, the lack of escalators and elevators can be challenging for those with heavy luggage. The room offered ample space and a comfortable bed, although they could be cleaner and the decor feels somewhat dated. Despite these minor issues, I think the room facility serves the purpose and is suitable for short stays. I also appreciate the complimentary bottle of water and delicious take-out bento breakfast. Overall, I would consider staying here again on future Tokyo trips.

One of the worst hotel stayed. Super small room, dryer machine not working well as not clean cos can see cloth dust flying everywhere when washing, paid 1 hr of dryer, pants and shirts still wet. Toilet not cleaned based on schedule. Compared to a nearby hotel, room double size, and better service, APA price is very expensive

It was okay, but I wouldn't stay here again. I came here with my baby and stayed 2 nights. First of all the breakfast definitely isn't worth 1000yen. On the ad pictures it looks nice, but the amount is a lot less (for example there is different drinks like coffees, juices, when in fact you have to choose 1 drink and lots of bread on the pics, when in fact you only get 2 extra small pieces). Then the carpet in the room was filthy, I saw nail clippings and various other dirt. It was disgusting and I felt uncomfortable letting my baby who just started walking and is crawling be on the floor. The bed is too soft. Way too soft. You can't use the hairdryer in the bathroom, you can't use the hairdryer in the bedroom if you are using the the water heater at the same time.... It's all just annoying.

Standard Hotel 3 Stars, the room is small and price not cheap. I went in Spring so they set up aircon to warm. I decided to open window at night but it was so noisy. People still worked in the mid of night and big trailers were back and forth due to hotel facing the main road. But near city harbor if you have work around there and nearby descent restaurants also available. There is nothing much to chill, it is only pure business district area.

Location is very convenient! Rooms are nice and clean with a free to use microwave on the first floor and a keep warm kettle on every room. They have an eco-friendly system where they only change your sheets every three days and leave a bottle of water in exchange unless you ask otherwise.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
