The lobby staff was very attentive when requested emergency assistance. The cleaning staff was always attentive, accommodating, and remembered requests. The staff is very professional, but the main issue is the facilities and the corporate rules. The hotel rooms are extremely small for families, this building is more suitable for single people. The breakfast was disappointing and pricey for the value. Also, the way that the staff asks guest to dispose of food trays is disgusting - they put a bucket on the tray table and you can see all food and liquids floating around. The staff should at least take care of removing the waste from the tray to ensure the guests don’t walk out of breakfast with disgust. The rooms don’t have enough ventilation. The thermostat in the rooms do not work, therefore, we had three choices. 1. sleep feeling hot because there is only a heater without thermostat. 2. sleep without any air, thus, feeling like it is hard to breathe 3. Open the window so that half of you feels frozen and the other is hot. The building discriminates the use of the Spa for people with Tattoos even if small, this rule is very outdated. I don’t buy into the hotels propaganda about being eco friendly, they make the rooms super small for more profits.

Really enjoyed my stay. The room is a good size for 1 person and has enough space for what you need. The hotel was right next to the subway station which made getting around easy. The staff were excellent and housekeeping did a wonderful job.

This was an excellent hotel to stay for my trip. The rooms are smaller, but the space is used efficiently. I traveled solo, and this was plenty. Very clean, organized, has an electric kettle and coffee maker. There are microwaves and vending machines on specific floors as well as trouser presses. Artificial hot spring on the top floor which also has a room to see the cityscape. Excellent customer service, and this hotel is also eco-friendly. The metro is a 4 min walk, convenience stores are about 8 min walks, and there are restaurants 10 to 15 minutes walking. The area is quiet and safe as there are guards everywhere around the government buildings. Highly recommend this place.

Outstanding from start to finish. Location is perfect, it's in a quiet area of tokyo but you can also get to all the main areas of the city very easily. The room itself does the job after a long day out plus the public bath is a bonus. The best was the customer service.i called for a taxi in the early hours and they got it arranged within 10 minutes. Then after I realized I forgot something in my room after k had checked out and days after, yet they responded so quickly and helped me trace my item and have it sent back to me. I don't think I could ask for more. Definately coming back next time I'm staying in Tokyo.

The hotel is in a good location to see different parts of Tokyo. However the rooms are a bit small for a couple (even with the under bed storage space). The bed is a little soft to my liking, but relatively clean and quiet at night. Hotel staff were friendly and helped us with storing our luggage before/after check in/out.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
