Loud like the dead has awaken. 11-3am loud drunks yelling and shouting in the alleyways. 3am-4am bars closing so tossing bottles and garbage. Worst sleep I ever had. We had to have windows open because it was winter and all the rooms were only set on heat (so very hot) and it was only way we could get cool air into the room. It was loud with ear plugs in! Proximity to everything is cool but man if you value your sleep stay somewhere else.

We stayed for three nights in a double room. It's worth it if you want budget-friendly, no-frills accommodation. But if you're a larger person (height or weight), you're gonna feel cramped. However, it was well-organized and laid out. There was some space under and at the end of the bed for suitcase storage, and the chair fit snugly under the desk/vanity. All the lights and AC could be controlled from a panel next to the bed. Hotel info like the wifi password, amenitites, and restaurant hours was available from the TV menu in multiple languages. The bathroom was very small (toilet, sink, and short bathtub together in a 'set') but that's standard for basic Japanese hotels and apartments. The location is great; there are tons of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance, and it's close to several subway stations for easy access to the rest of the city. Overall, it's a great affordable option if you wanna spend more money on sightseeing and going out, but it's not luxurious by any means.

The room was perfect for 2 adults with 2 big luggages. What made the stay amazing was the staffs...especially a guy called R. Yura (hope i got his name correct), he was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family coming to Osaka 🙏🏼🙏🏼

APA Hotel always great! This time the only problem is the location, night time street kids or drunk people nearby yelling and sereaming loudly on the street, you can hear them while you are in your hotel room sleeping, make you the whole night can’t sleep. 😓 The good thing are this hotel is newer (compare to some other locations maybe is an older building) and have the HDMI and USB ports near your bedside. 👍🏻👍🏻 Reminder: This location APA hotel (Namba Shinsaibashi Higashi) didn’t have the hot spring bath like the others one they have. 😑
