I stayed 5 nights in this hotel. To be honest, it is much better to pay a bit more and go to a true hotel than paying very cheap but having a bad accommodation. The room was very small 3×3 with a mini bathroom (I think no more than 2 square meters. The room was dark and not that clean. The behaviour of the receptionists was rather good, but actually two problems exists: out of 6 or 7 people at the reception only one speaks English. The last day the staff showed that they are not flexible with the client. After doing my check out and come back to get back the luggage that I had left in the hotel, I didn't battery in my cell phone and I had an emergency call to do. I asked the receptionist if I could use the outlet in the hall. She asked her colleague who was next to her and came back to me saying that it wasn't possible to use the outlet. I had to kind of make supplication telling her that it's be only for 5 minutes so that she finally accepted. Regrettable.

While writing this review, I am still a guest in your hotel! This is how bad that I can't tolerate your hotel. There's no doubt the location is superb, even so still not worth what I have paid for and have to put up with: 1. Very slow room wifi connection 2. Different types of hairs on the bedsheet when I 1st entered the room 3. Ultra dusty table that worsened my sinus 4. Very small space and room 5. Stained carpets and walls 6. Cramped bathroom 7. Faulty tap 8. Forced to get a smoking room even though requested for non smoking. Wasn't informed non smoking room is not available throughout the email correspondences between the hotel and me 9. Pillow cases have this thick lining that pressed against the neck when lying on it, very uncomfortable 10. Unapologetic and expressionless duty manager when I showed him the video and photos of how dirty and dusty my room is

As foreigners in Japan, the hotel staff should inform verbally during check in time that we have to check out at 10 am the following day. We were fine 1000 yen an hour for 2 hours since we only checked out at 12 pm (usual timing to check out for most of the hotels in the region)

The rooms r small as expected from any Japan business hotels But they were pretty clean and staffs are very helpful too The subways station hardly 100 mts away. Its very convient.

The room is small but tolerable for a couple since you will stay there just to eat, bathe, and sleep. Comfy and clean bed. Very great location to food and transpo i.e. nearby subway, shinjuku line - takes half of the greater tokyo, and asakusa line - which has a direct access to Narita and Haneda airport. Overall - OUTSTANDING. Will come back for sure.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
