Overall a good hotel stay. I would prefer that the default checkout time was 11:00 however they offer the ability to extend the checkout time from 10-2. Good location in between a few subway lines. Eco friendly house keeping wasn’t an issue for our stay. The air conditioning in the room was a life saver.

Clean and comfortable room, easy check in and check out with the option for early checkin. The only bummer is the inability to control temperature in your room. Our room was 24.5 Celsius with no airflow. Ended up sleeping with the door cracked open and the window open to get some cool airflow. Also woke up with a billion mosquito bites as a result

The hotel has a breakfast cooperation with the Excelsior Caffè down the road, so no food venue in the hotel itself. The Caffè doesn't offer anything vegetarian on their breakfast deal with the hotel. They don't even compromise when asked if they could replace the ham with cheese. We payed 1100 Yen per person, see the picture for what you get. You are better of buying breakfast at a convenient store. When booking the stay, it wasn't mentioned on the site that the breakfast would be outside the hotel and that there was no vegetarian option. We mentioned the issue with the hotel staff and though they are friendly, they are not costumer friendly. They said they can't refund it and they don't offer any compromise. They recommend a vegetarian cafe nearby, but on our own costs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
