Excellent hotel! The room was neat, clean and spacious enough. The service was excellent and the breakfast outstanding. I love their hot baths as well. This hotel was a little busier than the one in Tokyo though (tons of tourists) and the check in process was a little slower. But overall an amazing experience! Oh and also, the receptionists are gorgeous ❤️. Will definitely come back

I was not aware that the room I booked or was assigned was on the inside of the building! I went to look out the window at 12pm and it was completely dark outside! All I could see was a net outside my window. When I woke up the cleaning staff had covered the hallways with laundry bags and cleaning supplies. I had to step over some things just to get to the elevator. I was told this hotel was a great hotel but I can't say much other than I was disappointed. Some positive things I can say is the Lawson on the 4th floor was very convenient and the location of the hotel near Osaka station was nice as well. The video attached was taken at 9am (well after the sun came up) and the brightness is purely from my room.

A very lovely location that has all the bells and whistles, and one of the best looking hotel buffet breakfasts I've ever had! The rooms were very comfortable, if on the small side but still within the expected size for Japan. The only downside, there is quite the step into the bathroom. A 10-15 minute walk to Osaka Station (incl. JR). I would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms are super small! So tiny in fact you have to roll your luggage underneath the bed to really move around. Nevertheless it has all you need. You really should be out exploring the city. For the price and location this is an excellent hotel. The check in process was all electronic which can be hard for those who like a personal touch, but this is Japan so it is very nicely automated. Make sure to hit up the happy pancakes down the street and the taiyaki shop around the corner.

I recently stayed at a hotel located about 10 minutes away from Osaka station, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While there were some positives, there were also a few drawbacks that affected my stay. Let's start with the location. The hotel is not conveniently close to Osaka station, which might pose an inconvenience for those who prefer easy access to transportation hubs. However, if you don't mind a short walk or taking public transportation, it's manageable. The surrounding area had a decent selection of shops and restaurants, which was a plus. Moving on to the room size, it's important to note that the rooms are standard-sized, as is common in Japan. For single travelers, the room size is adequate, providing just enough space for comfort and relaxation. However, for guests with larger luggage or those seeking more room to move around, it may feel slightly cramped. One of the major downsides of this hotel was the busy lift system. Unfortunately, it seemed that the elevators were constantly congested, leading to frustrating waiting times, especially during peak hours. This inconvenience can be a significant drawback, particularly for guests on higher floors or those with mobility issues. On a positive note, the hotel does redeem itself with its big bathroom. The spaciousness of the bathroom was a welcome surprise, offering enough room to move around comfortably.
