Enjoyed staying here, but we were surprised at just how small the room was…very ergonomically built though. The room was quite clean, but if you decide to take a nice bath (sitting) after a long day of enjoying Tokyo you’ll come eye level to a bit of gunk in the corners and spots the cleaning service probably doesn’t see. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was a nice walk to some great spots and I loved seeing Tokyo tower from our room at night. Would stay again.

Good enough location and excellent rooms, but the check-in experience was a bit poor. Also, the laundry situation is awful. There are only 4 of these combo wash-dry machines which take a long time and don't dry very well, and for what I estimate to be 1000+ people if fully booked. There were always people "waiting in line" for another machine, not that the feature to check laundry status from the TV helped much because the status for machines 1 and 4 were broken for almost my entire stay.

A distressing incident that has left me extremely uncomfortable and has led me to reconsider staying at APA hotels in the future. A man entered the female public bath while I was showering. This situation was particularly unsettling as I was showering at the time, and the person promptly left upon realizing I had noticed him. I found myself at a loss for how to react in that moment, feeling both embarrassed and unsafe. The primary reason for choosing this hotel was the availability of a public bath. However, following this incident, I am hesitant and fearful of using the public bath facilities again. In my experience with various hotels, there is usually a passcode requirement for accessing gender-specific baths, which provides an additional layer of security. Unfortunately, in this case, access to both male and female baths is unrestricted with only the hotel room card required. Upon reporting the incident to the front desk, I expressed my concern and requested assistance in identifying the individual through the card access history of the female bath. However, I was informed that there is no access history available on their end. The suggested course of action was to increase security by conducting periodic checks in the female bath area every hour, with the aid of surveillance cameras. While appreciative of the efforts to enhance security, I must admit feeling disappointed. My intention in bringing attention to this incident is to urge the management department to take more substantial measures to safeguard the well-being of female guests. The breach of trust resulting from this incident has prompted me to raise awareness, hoping that appropriate actions will be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future and ensure the safety of all guests.

I often stay at APA hotels and I enjoyed this particular location; close enough to transport, shops and restaurants but not right in the middle of Roppongi's hustle and bustle. The property is 600m from Roppongi Station and 300m from Roppongi-Itchome Station; multiple bus stops around as well for Shibuya and other directions. The staff was nice and accommodating, although, at times, the language barrier was an issue; despite that, they always tried their best and remained polite. The room can be tiny for two people, but as long as you know what to expect, you won't be disappointed. I had great views of the Tokyo Tower throughout my stay, which was great. I absolutely loved the public bath; there is an indoor and outdoor section, and it was so relaxing to spend some time and relax in hot water after a full day of walking. Wifi was working properly, and all amenities were provided in the room (pjs, slippers, toiletries, daily fresh towels etc). I will be staying here again soon. The parking lot has great technology, but it is extremely time-consuming and expensive. The parking attendant will take care of retrieving your car, and you pay at the machine. Rates are expensive, like everywhere in Tokyo. If you happen to retrieve your vehicle during check-out times/peak hours be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes. They will change your sheets only every 3 days and you have to request for it by placing the card outside your room door by 9am otherwise it will not happen. As other mentioned, the corridor needs more frequent vacuuming. Pool was closed for maintenance, but it was listed on their website at the time of booking.

Great value hotel, they have a pool on the highest floor with views to Tokyo tower and also some spa/onsen for female and male separated. Perfect to relax after a long day of exploring Tokyo. Rooms are silent. If you want to check in earlier you will have to pay for it.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
