The location is great. Close to the NJ Parkway and two miles from the Woodbridge Mall. There is a Japanese restaurant, Starbucks, and a food vending machine. Also, a bar with lots of seating area and good drinks. The rooms are big. My bathroom shower curtain was short and it made the shower a fight with my shower curtain. Otherwise, I love the size of the room and high floor views. I stayed there for an event and it has multiple event rooms. I recommend the hotel.

I stayed here on January 6th, 2024 and the hotel was very rude, dirty rooms and staff at front desk was rude and not helpful. The furniture in my room was dusty. Hair was everywhere on the floor in the shower and red stains in my bed on the sheets. I complained to manager and no one has done anything about it. I’ve emailed and reached out to Brian who actually is the accountant manager and he offered me 10% and I said no I would like my money back. We agreed on a full refund. As of today they are still holding my $100 deposit and $130.65 for my room. They are the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Please don’t stay there. They want give me my money back or my deposits. They don’t call you or treat you with respect.

Booked a stay for 4 nights. The hotel cancelled the last night out of the blue just days before checking in. Upon confronting them they said to book that night again on their website - funnily enough it was now £100 more expensive for that night (on their site and Agoda) as it was New Years Eve. They never gave a concrete reason for cancelling the last day, nor did they accept giving the room back for the original rate - even though there were plenty of options to book many rooms at this new higher cost... I'm giving the hotel 1 star, because although it is in a convenient location, the hotel is unreliable, may leave you without a room and comes across as scheming for extra money at any opportunity. If you're the hotel and reading this - no need for an apology or for public words of repent as we didn't get any of that earlier so it would be a farce / wasted effort on your part. Best.

!!!!!They STEAL, and NO PRIVACY! I could give a worse rating if I can, horrible service, no respect for clients. Told three front desk staffs five times “no housekeeping”, even put the sign on the door, and they ignored. Room has been entered! The sequences are 1. safe has been reset 2. Personal items stolen 3.food in the fridge been threw away(maybe)? Mid-night the front wouldn’t give me the number of the manager , for the privacy sake! Yeah customers’ privacy is nothin! Now over mid-night waiting for the police to come. Don’t ever stay here! Nightmare!!!

I had no issues. The best part was the warm toilet seat. It’s just outdated but everything functioned well. The mattress was not plush and comfy like a typical hotel bed. It was rather springy and flat. Some Pillows were flat and not full and fluffy. No stores or restaurants within one mile besides the on-site restaurant. It was fine for me.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
