Small but budget-friendly room. Very close to Roppongi station. We loved the area. Bed was a bit hard but the room was quiet and warm. It was cleaned every day.

Rooms are fine, nothing special. BRING A PILLOW, the ones they have are either super flat or feel like they have rocks in them! Be aware that they have centeral heating so if you dont like being hot in the winter you may want to choose somewhere else since its too loud outside to have the window open. On property service was fine, response online was a joke, they responded only to verify the hotel then ignored me. Very dissapointing.

Pros: *Staff is nice *Price is good *Room is clean (please don't complain about room size when you pick an $80 USD per night business hotel) *Location is great (close to subway, centrally located to all popular neighborhoods) Cons: *Walls are thin and the one day I wanted to sleep in I was woken repeatedly by loud talkers next door and ongoing beating on the floor above *Heat cannot be adjusted below 16 degree C which makes the room extremely hot. During Winter stay I had to manually turn heat on and off through the night to sleep comfortably *Screaming drunk people can be heard late at night and early morning from Roppongi even from high floor *Police in roppongi seem suspicious of gaijin, I left the hotel to buy snacks at konbini and they followed me from outside the hotel to Family Mart to watch me shop which made me uncomfortable Despite cons I am giving 4 stars because aside from the heat I think most of the problems should be expected for Roppongi or for cheap business hotel.

The standard room is a little small, but the location is very nice. The staff is very nice and helpful. I also liked the breakfast, it was just the right amount.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
