First time staying at a Japanese “Business hotel”, or anywhere on this hemisphere but a wonderful experience. Want to put it out there, rooms are small as many have mentioned but the purpose is rest, not leisure. Great for coming and going. We did just that and it was great. I have a bidet but home, but not with heated seat. Amazing. Noise from the highway street is normal, where we live is near a louder tbh. I’d also have to point out how well connected it is to everything, but that’s just Tokyo anyways. Several subway stations all over and 10-15 walk from different lines. You can go anywhere anytime. Clean room and amenities. Washer and dryer on site, so next time we will pack lighter, plus you can ship bags to the next hotel. Will def look to stay here next time.

This hotel is located in a gray area of Roppongi. Know that before you book The rooms are very small full bathroom with a bed and a desk that's about it but if you're here to see the city that's all you need. Very Nice amenities The hotel itself is very modern and has a great aesthetic very close to many restaurants and subway lines. Definitely recommend for a place to stay while you're in Tokyo If you're going to be mostly out and about exploring.

The location and price is great! Stayed for a week and loved the location! Room was clean and they will replace stuff daily. I just lined up the bags 😄 I went for location since it was an easy access to metro rail. Only flaws- I was in floor 3 and had to do the elevator wait game. The steps are off limits. There is a 500¥ fee for them to call you a taxi.

Nightmare. We booked the hotel Apa according to their statement that they have facilities for people with disabilities. I am on the wheelchair and I took my time to review pictures to ensure the room will be accessible. I wrote the request to the hotel to accommodate us in the wheelchair accessible room and received positive reply from the hotel. Upon arrival we discovered that the room doesn’t look at all like on the pictures and it’s impossible to access it with the wheelchair. The toilet is also very tiny and need to cross the step up to enter. We went back to the reception as we assumed it was just a mistake but instead the receptionist said there is nothing she can do and she didn’t try to do anything. We wasted our time there until she agreed to bring the supervisor. He did not speak any English and while I started crying, the receptionist was just laughing at me out loud. I cannot believe this situation is so absurd. They did not have any accessible room and we spent 2 hours downstairs at cold lobby after 10 hours flight. I regret paying for this hotel in advance and wasting my holiday time plus being exhausted and with the wheelchair. Please don’t go there. At this point we are not able to find any other hotel in Tokyo within the budget and I honestly don’t know if I will sleep on the floor and how I will access the bathroom. I was told Japan is disability friendly but for now I just feel humiliated

Decent location in roppongi. There are definitely hotels closer to the main strip, but it’s not too far away. Good service, helpful staff. Small rooms but that’s Japan baby. Would definitely stay again

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
