Upon arrival, our room had fluid stains next to the bed. We spent hours cleaning and disinfecting the room due to terrible musty odors and hair inside the bathtub. The elevator is incredibly slow for a building less than 15 stories. The staff is incredibly friendly but they never emptied the trashcan in our room. The hotel is in a convenient were trains are easily accessible, but please spend a little more for quality.

There is a picture of a bar-like room. This is not at this hotel. It's at another APA hotel. I expected this room to be there so I could use to work in late at night to not disturb my partner. Rooms are nice but need detail cleaning. We were given towels and robes everyday. Not enough space if you have more than two carry-ons. Staff are nice.

The experience of the check in was normal. The room was small and dusty. There were stains on the walls in the room. If you are looking for a cheap hotel and do not mind cleanliness than it's fine, otherwise look at other hotels. The location was not the best as well in terms of being at the edge of shibuya, quite a walk from JR station.

Booked this hotel online based on a friend's recommendation. The location is very good with less than 10 mins walk from the Shibuya station, but it also mean you hear noise from the partying crowd on the street and siren of ambulences frenquently drove by. The room rates almost doubled then when I originally booked online, I ended up paying USD200 per night a a tiny room, with soft and lopsided bed, dirty carpet and little control over the temperature and humidity of the aircon.
