I am no stranger to the characteristic budget hotel chain in Tokyo - compact but highly functional and I really like this. However APA would be the least of my choice unless I have no other option. My stay on Oct 2023 wasn’t really up to standard. I obviously don’t like the strange smell from the toilet and the fact that they use low quality paper cup to replace real ceramic mug for both drinking and tooth brushing. The way they arrange the direction of shower is also unreasonable. The washroom curtain couldn’t block all the water from shower and every night after shower the small toilet was messed up with water on the floor and no matter how careful I was it still happened. What even worst is the cleaning service in the morning. If you want to sleep late then make sure you don’t put the cleaning card on your door coz they will wake you up at about 8 or 9am and they don’t provide you those regular hotel room option like “do not disturb”. I stayed there for 5 nights and someday they forgot to take me new bottle water and the other day forgot to clean up the rubbish bin. Worst time I had was that I found out they forgot to replace me new toothpaste at about 1am before I slept and I have to manage it with the front desk. I mean, how could that happen? It is Tokyo! Having said that, I give credit to the front desk crew who are friendly, English speaking and helpful. This hotel is about 15 mins to the station and unless you walk that distance there are only quite limit of choice for shopping and eating. I hope I don’t need to stay APA again. Not a good experience.

Great location for rail network and SHIMBASHI nightlife. Family Mary 20 yards from hotel along with number small bars and restaurants. Easy access to MonoRail to airport or JR Line to tokyo Big Sight. Hotel rooms small but meet all your needs. No food on sight for breakfast, however great beef restaurant adjoining hotel.

Great location for those attending Tokyo Big Sight for ease on the JR Line. Close by are eateries and drinking establishment for locals to key you the real Tokyo flavour. 10 mins walk to MonoRail to airport.

This hotel was a decent stay ,nice size room and clean and tidy. Eco cleaning done every day . There was a restaurant attached/next to it. Enough translation was fair in the room. Bathroom was ice to good size and clean but the bathtub had a lip that made it hard to not to flood over so we can't have proper standing showers. As it was New Years time frame it was more pricey then it was worth. The location was about 10minute wall from the station not to bad . Not the best area for food locations unfortunately or even a 7eleven or Lawson. Nice walk to the Tokyo Tower though. Driers were pretty dodgy so you need to dry for more the 1 hr for a small to medium load to dry fully amd last thing is that the hotel had breakfast option however the restaurant wasn't serving breakfast around this time and there was no offer to amend it somehow.

Good Value. Small rooms, but sufficient and clean! The TVs have VOD with a few decent english movies too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
