No ac , no heat , no open restaurant, no regular cleaning , regulate temperature by opening window. Given smallest room in hotel , not what I ordered . Wanted to charge for late check out . Tub was child size, not for adult. Was told I was given a great room but I got the room nobody wanted and I booked in advance. Not for longer stays . I gave a 2 for service because the trainee girl was excellent. Be careful if you are foreigner. What they didn’t know was I been to Japan many times so I know what I booked and they gave me smaller with no apology or refund or change of rooms . No recommended at all

I stayed 2 days, upon arrival the "early check in" option did not appear despite having booked it. Fortunately the problem was solved by talking to another employee. The room was very small (but I think that is the standard) and there was a very high step to access the bathroom. Cleanliness is not the best, on the second day we noticed that there were several stains (I won't say what of) on the comforter of the bed. I honestly would not recommend it, although it is conveniently located and quiet.

This was my first trip to Japan. Never had seen any Japanese hotel in past. Rooms are really small ( back in india some hotels have bigger washrooms than this ) but it is full of amenities. It has almost every thing you need during travel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
