This hotel is perfect for visiting by yourself, with a friend, or partner. The beds are a bit on the harder end but I like them like that so it's good with me. The service is always 10/10 with APA management and staff. The room temperature can be hot unless you open the window from time to time. The stay so far is amazing on the high floor. The only complaint and it's nothing major is the fridge was not cooling. So I had to have hot drinks. But will come again in the future.

The location is the only thing going for this hotel, it’s less than a 3 minute walk from the subway station which connects to the Shin-Osaka train station. There are however major issues. The AC system is centrally controlled and is permanently set on heat, when I was staying here it was in the 80s F during the day and it was still set on heat. no matter what temperature I set on the thermostat it would just blow hot air. I would come back every night to an absolute sauna in my room. None of the front desk staff spoke english which is normally fine, but they are also quite unhelpful. When I raised concern about the temperature of my room I was told “go and buy a fan”. When i opened the window at night to cool the room down the noise from the trains and the highway was extremely loud, I had to keep the window open all night just to have a comfortable temperature to sleep in and it was still hot in the room. There was also a great deal of dust throughout the room including a lot coming from a folding light that was located directly next to the bed, you can see tons of dust floating in the air as soon as you flip on that light. I regret booking this hotel my nights in Osaka were by far the least comfortable of my entire stay.

I didn't like that they didn't put me in the same room that was in the photo I chose, when I went to tell them that it wasn't the same room in the photo, they didn't pay attention to me and said there was no Problem, the room was very different from. the photo in the app and on the Apa hotel website The cleanliness left something to be desired, as it was the most expensive room in the hotel, I expected, a very clean room, it was full of dust and the bathroom had a strange odor I stayed 3 nights and early in the morning I had problems with the housekeeping staff. She always came at different times and disrupted our accommodation. There was a morning when I was drying my hair and I didn't hear the knock from the bedroom and she came in and saw me naked. It was very embarrassing Every day I was worried about her coming in And it was still early, one day she knocked at 11 am I was very surprised because it was so early, I was still getting ready to go out to the city Unfortunately, I had a very bad impression of the hotel, especially since it was a very expensive room...

This hotel is very close to Shin-Osaka station. There are two entrances, and Google took us to the smaller and harder to find entrance. There is only one APA building in this area, but Google seems to think there are 2 buildings. The check in process was smooth and fast. The room had a mini fridge and a hot water pot, hair dryer and bathroom essentials. The room was very small, but it's Japan. The view from our room was really good! We could see the Umeda Sky Building and Osaka Station from the room. The check out process was super fast. We just put our key cards in a machine and it was done.

The hotel is really close to the station but I was misled by the description! The metro station exit 7 is really close, but you need to walk a long flight of stairs! I used JR most of the time. Luckily I found out I entered metro and got out without being charged. The staff gave me a room facing the rail. My goodness! The windows are not soundproof! The air conditioner works noisily. I didn’t mean to bother the staff to change the room but I had to because I need to stay a few more nights. Luckily the staff member was kind. I could get a room facing the other side, not the rail again, though the air conditioner is still very noisy. There are 3 elevators but I had to wait for 15 minutes to manage to take the lift! Another misleading description is the restaurant on 32F. The floor was sticky and dirty. I am sorry to say that I will not choose APA Hotel anymore.
