Great hotel very close to a main station of Tokyo. The room is nice and clean (it is small but it is Tokyo so it is acceptable). The onsen upstairs is comfortable and it is not crowded at all if you pick a right time (the TV screen in your room actually shows how busy it is). The best feature of the hotel is actually the food. So much variety and delicious. I would come to this hotel again when I visit this area!

Check in using a kiosk, check out just drop the key card. Will suggest checking out 30 mins earlier because the lift jams when everyone tries to check out at the same time. The lift congestion took 20mins to clear. Not worth it. They have microwave, washing machine and dryer all coin operated so save all your 100 yen coins for it. Detergent provided in machines. If you stay more than one night, staff places new towels and amenities outside your door daily. The hotel room has everything you need. Comes with small bathtub with great depth for soaking. Toilet has great ventilation to dry wet clothes and shoes overnight. Space is small so if you have big luggage it can be a struggle. Pyjamas provided by hotel along with amenities. TV tells you how crowded the large bath on floor 22 is so you can avoid crowd. Has a roof terrace view you should check out. Can see Tokyo tower.

Typical APA hotel. Good location near two train stations, or a ten minute walk to Shinagawa city. I chose it as it is within a 30 min train ride to Haneda airport. The rooms were small, but clean, like usual. The tv entertainment was included unlike in some hotels. The bath house was good, but the level of chlorine was too high, similar to that of a local swimming pool.

Love the little details inputed. Hair tie, comb, razor, q-tip, wash cloth, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Quality products too 👌🏻 Great clean floors. Smells clean and very pristine in atmosphere. Great staff, very helpful and friendly.

This place is definitely well located. Close to haneda airport. And if u are coming from Narita, u only need to ride one train. Walking distance as well to the yamamote line. If you are lucky, they will give u a room with Tokyo tower view. The onsen is great as well. Been here 3 times already. Near train station. And not crowded area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
