Very inexpensive, clean, modern business hotel on Yamonote line. Once very 3 nights cleaning unless requested. Amenity bag everyday there is no cleaning. Convenient to Narita. Free VOD on the days i was there maybe low season? Just only one water bottle free (the first) for 4 nights.

Rooms were tiny but efficient, tiny bathroom, clean and tidy. Pillows were flat and weird. Location is prime 2 minutes from nippori station. Food and convenience store available within walking distance. Pro tip. They don't refill your water after the first night. You need to pay.

If you’re thinking of staying here, don’t. Here’s why: Cons: 1. Room is extremely small. Made for ants. If you have 2 luggages, good luck in navigating in your room. 2. Room has no aircon from 30 October onwards till i-dont-know-when because apparently the management assumes that winter automatically starts from 1 November and uses a centralized heating system which they cannot change or adjust. Everyone is sleeping in a heated room and sweating, and complaining to the front desk but they say nothing can be changed or adjusted. This only happens to this particular APA hotel. 3. Since the room is so hot, they ask you to open the window but the window can only be opened up to 5cm wide. So… what wind is there…? 4. Wifi is extremely slow. You will wait for 5 minutes a 20-seconds video. 5. The bed is extremely soft. If you have 2 people sleeping on the same bed, when they move around, you will feel like the bed has an earthquake and you will wake up. Pros: 1. Location is near narita airport. That’s all. Book at your own risk. Or don’t at all.

The room was a little bit too tight for a person to walk around especially when you have atleast two suitcases. Checked in and checked out process was great, no problem. Glad that after checking out they will store your luggage if you have a late flight so you could roam around without dragging your suitcases everywhere.staff are nice and attentive. The place is perfect, very close to the train station both regular train and skyliner.

Convenient cheap option in Tokyo for road trips. Location is quite convenient as it's just a few mins walk from the station (both JR around the city & Keisei to NRT airport), and only a few stations to major areas like Shibuya & Ginza. Chose this location because it's cheaper & less congested as I was on road trip. Parking fee is 3000 yen/ night which is quite expensive, but you may choose to park at the coin parking nearby if you only park at night. Room size is acceptable - enough to open 2 medium-to-large sized luggages. Quite cheap as it only costed HK$1050 for 2 nights during 28-30/12 which is almost the Japanese new year time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
