I think that this place is bigger than another hotel that we stay in fuji. So I have no complaints at all. Place is clean and neat. We checked in at night with no problems, stayed for 3days2night with no issue. ❤️

By according to my company's policy, I booked this hotel.(not my intention) I think this hotel is very quiet and cozy. In front hotel, small supermarket is located(zeon?). And there are some restaurants locally. This area is lots of residential house(mansions). I don't feel to be inside city of Japan.(really quiet place). Anyway currently, vod is free. ㅋㅋ. This is one of benefit for customer. Fantastic! But, the hotel seems to have to change a bed matrix due to sagging down. 조용함 속에 근처에 먹을 만한 식당은 많아요...

The staff was very nice. I love the eco option, as I usually stay a few days and don’t need fresh linens every day. I saw a few safety hazards (exposed prongs from a frayed extension cord for one of their VOD machines) I pointed it out to the helpful staff, hopefully it’s been fixed. Has an on site coin laundry, but only 1 washer and 1 dryer.

Noisy room, could hear every door close and every can drop in the vending machine outside our door. Room was clean, but the bed wasn't very comfortable. Best part of our stay was the friendly, kind, and helpful staff.

Loved the Japanese interior design. Stayed here for 10 days and it was the best stay I had. Small room, but very well furnished and doesn't feel like small at all. And the bath and shower, you get the real Japanese experience

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
