There's no breakfast here, but There's a pizza restaurant beside the Hotel. Near 711 and Family Mart. It's about 450m to the nearest station .. Sumiyoshi station or Nishi Ojima Station. The staff quite good, but not bery helpful. Not all staff are good in English. The room's are quite small and the bathroom too.. typical Japan's Hotel.

We stayed as part of a group tour for one night. The bed was good, the carpets were overdue for replacement and wallpaper had some visible tears. Some furniture looked very tired and a bit grubby. The attached restaurant was good value run by Chinese lady so communication was difficult. Walking in immediate vicinity was great with lovely views along nearby canals to city. Plenty of good value convenience stores nearby including ATM

This has been my home for the last two weeks. The staff is friendly, and can help you with just about any questions you may have. There is a restaurant next door as well. I gave it two stars because there is smoking allowed on alternate floors, which, had I'd known that, I would've stayed somewhere else. I woke up smelling cigarettes in the room and hallway every day. I have severe allergies to it and so, it made my stay less enjoyable. They do offer plenty of toiletries for use, and will leave a bag of fresh towels and things by your door if you do not want to be disturbed. Great location, too...I love the location, away from the hustle and bustle of central Tokyo, but close enough to walk to or by train. Thanks, for an overall enjoyable stay.

Location not too bad for subway. About 400m. Not much right around it. Staff were friendly. Bed etc was clean but the hotel is tired and for some reason some areas smelled of hot oil. My room was tucked into a strange corner and it felt a bit like being in an attic. Wouldn't stay there again unless I found myself in the same situation. Which is needing to stay in Tokyo at one of the busiest times. Paid twice what I normally would for a room and hotel that was worse than normal.

For a hotel in one of the largest urban areas on the planet, this was OK. The service was great, checkin and out was good, my primary criticism would relate to their air conditioner / heater. We stayed there two different nights and had two different rooms. Both rooms had noisy fans. The thermostat had no English markings nor was there an explanation in the room. Otherwise not bad but pricey.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
