I arrived in winter and unfortunately I had issues with the room. The room was causing issues with my sinuses due to excessive amounts of dust. When it came to night time the room was very hot and could not sleep well. There is only a heater we have access to and no air conditioning. The staff suggested I open the winter to cool the room down but then I have to put up with the loud noises from traffic. Due to these issues I changed hotel

Good location! can walk to metro easily. Unfortunately, I found that one male receptionist has a bad service behavior (around 8 am 29 Oct 2023 at reception area). We ask him that can we leave our luggages here but he is not willing to answer us while female receptionists has a good service. Hotel service must be standardized

Overall, this hotel is okay to stay. However, the hotel did not allow to leave the baggage over 24 hours even I went to stay at Kawaguchiko just only one night and turn back to continue staying here the next day. (I stay here for 7 nights 27-28 Oct and 30 Oct-3Nov) I know that it is the hotel's rule but I really hate the bad expression from a man receptionist at that time (29 Oct in the morning). You should train that receptionist better about service mind.

Location of this hotel is good. However, there is only 1 check in counter. When mass check in, the queue can be long till the entrance of lobby. A small boutique hotel for 1 or 2 nite is ideal. For more long stay, it is better to find other hotels

My girlfriend and I stayed in a room that supposedly allowed e-cigarettes. The room smelled in a distinct way that made it clear that evidently, much more had been smoked there... As such, we playfully came to refer to the hotel as "the ashtray" whenever we came and left.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
