Loved staying here! Air Canada had lost our luggage and APA had so many amenities we could use which really saved us from having to buy all new toiletries while we waited for our luggage to come. Front desk was very kind and patient. I liked the rooms a lot, much nicer than an American hotel!

Good impression! We checked in early at that time as our flight arrived earlier. Great hospitality and very calm hotel staffs. This hotel is opposite to the nearby convenient store and also groceries store, opposite to bus stop. When you need to check out, you only need to inform the receptionist and insert your room access to the machine, no drama, no fuss 🙂😊🙂😊🙂😊🙂😊🙂

This is an OK place if you get lucky with a Skytree view and don't sleep on your front. Requested and luckily got a room on a high floor with a Skytree and sunrise view, that makes it good value. The room lighting, decor, bed linen and lobby are contemporary and fresh. The under bed luggage space is fine for two medium backpacks. The location is strategic, with Asakusa, Ueno, shops and transport walkable. The neighbourhood is an urban oasis to come back to compared to other crazy busy areas of Tokyo. However, the rooms are microscopic, you can get a little bigger even in Tokyo. You run the risk of being put in one with no view which would be a bit dire. The windows are covered by a privacy film that obscures a lot of the viewing angle. Be warned that the mattress is too soft so you should try and sleep on your back or side - sleeping on your front may well cause back pain. It lacks facilities like free coffee machine, washing machines, microwaves and a safe. I'd also prefer none of the many silly magazines etc taking up valuable space in the room.

What an amazing place. The room was decently sized, the staff was really helpful despite the language barrier and the location, i couldnt have asked for anything better. Subway station 8 minutes by foot and the Ueno station was about 18-20 minutes by foot. Additionally Sensoji was at a walking distance (around 30 minutes). The hotel says it has laundry service but i wouldnt recommend. Consider walking to one of the many 24/7 coin laundries in the area (there is one south about 3 blocks from the subway station that was great to go to at 8pm one day). Right next door is BiBiBi, very small izakaya with Hokkaido style food. The owners are the nicest people I met in Japan.

The hotel is located near Inaricho Station and is within a 10-15 minute walk to Ueno, making it an excellent starting point for exploring Tokyo. While the rooms may be small, everything is organized efficiently, and it is remarkably quiet, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, we enjoyed a fantastic view of Tokyo Skytree through the window.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
