Amazing things about this hotel: 1. Super worth the price ! 2. 3 minutes to the train station. 3. Extremely good condition, clean, quiet and comfortable. 4. Friendly staff. 5. A lot of services, facilities, movies etc, including free spa ! 6. Free adult entertainment on TV in your room (is this normal in Japan ? 😂) 7. I even saw ads of the hotel in subways. Note: the flowers are NOT provided by the hotel, I bought them for myself for Christmas :)

Wonderful hotel! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I had issues with withdrawing money and they were completely understanding and I was able to pay the rest a day later. So welcoming and sweet! Been here now for 2 weeks and gonna stay another week! The room service is awesome as well. Didn't try the Spa yet but this is the next thing I wanna go for. 😊 definetly gonna book a room here again. It's close to Otsuka station , that means the JR line is right next to the Hotel and you can go to places like Shinjuku,Harajuku and Shibuya within minutes.

Choosing the APA Hotel was a great - and very positive - surprise. My stay here was splendid and I was impressed by the location (functional and convenient for any traveler to get around Tokyo); by the excellent, numerous and impeccable services of the hotel (I travel a lot and hardly have I seen such a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in hospitality); by the comfort and beauty offered by the rooms (mine was very, very small and at times moving luggage was difficult - but that is the only criticism I can make); by the kind, knowledgeable and very professional staff. If I return to Tokyo again, I will have no doubt where to stay. I highly recommend it!

Clean hotel, comfortable bed, huge TV showing BBC news and NHK in English, kettle provided, a powerful not shower, in a calm location, early check in from midday available (at an additional cost of ¥1,000 per extra hour) and overall at a very good price for a 3 night stay. I couldn’t really ask for more given the average prices in Tokyo. First time visitors to Japan should know that Japanese hotel rooms are rarely big and this hotel follows the norm so use your room space wisely if you have a lot of stuff - there is no wardrobe or drawers as expected for Japan. Plenty of space under the bed, though! The hotel claims that smaller rooms emit less CO2 than traditional western style hotels. Took me about an hour to the hotel from Haneda airport. Take the monorail and change at Hamamatsucho station onto the Yamanote line where you get off at Otsuka station. Turn right out of the exit gates and the hotel is around 5 minutes uphill. I used the JapanTravel by navitime app to get around as it even tells you which carriages to get onto and which platforms trains leave from. Plenty of stores in the area, including a 24hr convenience store about 2 minutes from the hotel. Decent location on the Yamanote line which covers most of the major tourist areas of Tokyo.

I stayed in this hotel two times and I really liked it. The rooms are quite small but cozy. The best thing about this hotel is the onsen on the upper floor. It's the best thing after a long day walk.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
