Everything was perfect. More than perfect, sooo relaxing. It was peaceful, with such a *breathtaking* view, and the hotel has everything you may need. The staff is wonderful, pleasant and very lovely ! A special thanks to the restaurant staff who always brighten up my day and that of my mother haha ! Thank you so much, I wanted to offer my mother an unforgettable trip as she doesn't travel a lot, i think it's a success ! :)

We stayed three nights with our kids (ages 2 and 7) and my parents (both in their 70s). Upon arrival they had prepared a room complete with a pack and play for the baby. The hotel, food, and staff are fantastic. They delivered breakfast and dinner each night and even provided a breakfast bag for the morning we left. They provide great transportation for anytime to any place on the island and even helped arrange our caldera tour. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the hotel.

Very pretty hotel on Santorini. The rooms are very spacious and feel like you are in a private little villa. Friendly staff and the restaurant on site is very good for breakfast. If you are tired after a day of touring and want to stay in for the evening, the dinner menu is also very good. Thira is close by, but Oia is about 40-50 minutes away with traffic.

The south of Santorini is much calmer than Fira or Oia but the views are just as spectacular. Really wonderful team and service that made us feel very welcome and taken care of. The pool view is “wow”! For what we’ve seen on the Island this hotel is really good value.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
